Terms of Service
These terms define user obligations, anti-fraud boundaries, monetization order, and platform safety enforcement.
Terms of Service (2026 Global Full-Compliance Deep Enhanced Edition)
Version date: May 13, 2026
These Terms define account rights, monetization behavior boundaries, transaction and refund rules, anti-cheat responsibilities, UGC governance obligations, and liability allocation for global operations.
Part I. Account Ownership and License Scope
- After downloading/installing via official stores, users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable software use license.
- Users do not acquire legal ownership of accounts or in-app virtual assets (including coins, diamonds, skins, levels, items, and equivalent virtual goods).
- Account ownership is reserved to DeerCasual and/or lawful service operator; users have access and use rights under these Terms.
- Users must maintain account credential confidentiality. Losses from self-caused credential leakage or unauthorized third-party authorization are user-responsibility.
- Account recycling: accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days with no paid record may be deactivated after a prior 30-day notice through available channels.
- Upon lawful account deactivation, related data/virtual assets may be deleted unless retention is required by law.
- Prohibited account behavior includes transfer, rent, lending, sale, or commercial abuse. Violations may trigger suspension or permanent ban.
Part II. IAA Advertising and Reward Policy (Detailed Fraud Penalty Rules)
1. Reward Eligibility and Delivery
- Users must complete rewarded-ad viewing and required interactions without abnormal interruption or bypass actions.
- If rewards fail to credit due to network delay or partner outage, users can submit evidence via support for review, with standard handling targets around 3 business days where feasible.
2. Ad Quality Assurance
- We screen partner-supplied ads and seek to block violent, exploitative, pornographic, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful ad content.
- Users can report ad violations through complaint channels; validated ads may be blocked and escalated to partner governance channels.
3. Ad Fraud Definition (Non-Exhaustive)
- Using scripts/plugins/cracks to skip ads, accelerate playback, or emulate watch completion.
- Bulk reward farming through multi-account/multi-device operations and resale/monetization of fraud-derived rewards.
- Device or network tampering (device ID mutation, IP spoofing, VPN/proxy regional hopping) for systematic ad abuse.
- Frequent app switching, lockscreen abuse, or restart loops to evade watch-completion rules.
- Exploiting ad-platform loopholes to fake impressions/clicks and unlawfully extract ad revenue.
- Any behavior disrupting ad playback integrity or ad measurement correctness.
4. Ad Fraud Penalty Ladder
- First violation: warning, removal of current unused ad rewards, ad privilege restriction for 7 days.
- Second violation: ad privilege suspension for 30 days, removal of all ad rewards, and device-level risk recording.
- Third or repeated violation: permanent ad privilege ban, related device blocklisting, and legal rights reservation for damage recovery.
- Severe abuse (including large-scale fraud): immediate permanent sanctions, partner reporting support, and legal escalation where applicable.
Part III. IAP Payment, Refund, and Dispute Policy
1. Final Price and Tax Statement
- Displayed item prices may include platform commission and applicable taxes, duties, or VAT depending on region.
- The final payable amount is controlled by the official store checkout page at time of purchase.
2. Payment Process
- All IAP flows are completed via App Store / Google Play official channels.
- We do not directly process raw payment credentials.
- Order states and fulfillment outcomes can be checked through in-app order interfaces where available.
3. Refund Rules and Exceptions
- Due to immediacy and consumability of digital goods/services, consumed items are generally non-refundable.
- Potential exception scenarios with evidence: confirmed technical non-delivery, verified minor unauthorized purchase, or major unresolved functional outage.
- Users may submit claims through official store channels and/or support channels. Processing cooperation target is typically around 3 business days after sufficient evidence is received.
4. IAP Fraud Definition (Non-Exhaustive)
- Malicious refund abuse after consuming purchased virtual goods.
- Payment bypass through plugin/script/cracked client methods.
- Receipt forgery, order forgery, or other falsified purchase artifacts.
- Use of stolen payment instruments or unlawful redemption codes.
- Cross-region pricing abuse via VPN/proxy for systematic underpriced purchases.
- Bulk-account exploitation of newcomer discounts followed by resale/monetization of obtained value.
5. IAP Fraud Penalty Ladder
- First violation: warning, revocation of fraud-derived items, IAP restriction for 15 days.
- Second violation: IAP restriction for 90 days, virtual asset reset, device risk recording, and blacklist eligibility.
- Third or repeated violation: permanent account/device ban and reporting support to platform governance teams.
- Severe cases (bulk fraud, stolen payment abuse, material financial harm): permanent sanctions plus legal compensation claims and potential judicial referral.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
- For minor misuse or account-theft incidents, users/guardians should promptly contact Apple/Google support and submit evidence to us for coordinated review.
Part IV. Anti-Cheat and Security Agreement
- Prohibited: VPN/proxy or equivalent methods to bypass region restrictions or pricing controls.
- Prohibited: scripts, emulators for abuse, cheats, cracked apps, unauthorized automation, or runtime tampering.
- Prohibited: packet sniffing/modification, forged protocol responses, and data falsification against ad/payment/statistical pipelines.
- Prohibited: mass account registration for fake traffic, ranking manipulation, or ecosystem disruption.
- Prohibited: account theft, credential abuse, virtual-asset theft, and publication/distribution of cheating methods.
- Sanctions may include warnings, function limits, account bans, device bans, blacklist controls, service termination, data deletion for violations, and legal action for severe harm.
Part V. Content Moderation and DSA-Oriented UGC Governance
If a product includes UGC features, the following governance structure applies.
- Dual moderation: AI-assisted real-time detection and human secondary review for suspicious or reported content.
- Notice-and-action: users are informed of violations and confirmed violating content may be removed within 24 hours.
- Appeal channel: users may appeal moderation decisions. Standard handling target is around 3 business days where feasible.
- Prohibited UGC includes political-extremism content, hate/discrimination, violence/exploitation, explicit sexual abuse, fraudulent misinformation, unlawful content, and rights-infringing materials.
- Users bear responsibility for legality, originality, and non-infringement of submitted content.
- Transparency support may include publication of moderation standards, complaint workflows, and periodic moderation reporting in jurisdictions where required.
Part VI. Liability, Enforcement, and Contact
- Penalty intensity is determined by severity, frequency, evidence quality, and ecosystem impact.
- We reserve rights to recover losses caused by fraud, cheating, abuse, or unlawful acts.
- Where legally required or justified, cases may be referred to stores, payment institutions, or authorities.

- Regional restrictions may apply where local law limits specific content or monetization behavior.

- Where feasible, advance notice is provided for material changes affecting paid rights or key functions.
- Emergency suspension is permitted for security incidents, legal orders, or severe abuse scenarios.
